Shy, dry, personal. Digs the basic and simple -doesn't dig complication and sophistication.
Music is his life.

Bill Figg
Reserved, concerned, aware. Promotion minded and often dissenting.
Music is his life.

Steve Correll
Intense, decisive, involved. Humorous, easy going on the outside, intricate, highly motivated on the inside.

Outgoing, warm, caring. Worries about making decisions, very sincere about fans.

A wonderful old goodie. The iconic cover is hard to miss at your local record shop and it invites you to some lighter and heavier psych tunes. The sound itself holds up for most listeners but its not exactly an audiophile record. It can be a little edgy and sibilant at times with some unclear stereo imaging, but it still has the atmosphere to fill the room. The vocals feel a little overpowering a lot of times, like its just thrown in as a layer ontop of the instruments, but the staging can still stretch its legs when it feels it necessary and Sterlings work shines through, although not quite as well as they will go on to cut in the 70s.
Get it while its still cheap and available.

    Equipment used:
Rega RP1 with Nagaoka MP-110 Cartridge
    Cyrus 2 Amplifier
    System Fidelity SF-3050 Tower Speakers
    Custom made HQ Speaker Cables
