The pressing is actually wanting, but the music: hell, yeah! This minimal, airy and subtle ambient pieces are beautiful.

My copy has tons of surface noise and clipping on the higher frequencies. Unreal album but very disappointed with this pressing.

I’ve just got a copy of this, not sure how many of the pressing there was if anyone knows?
Anyway, it’s a very quiet pressing but lovely and clear dynamics.
Been waiting for this for a loooong time as I missed out on the tape by a month or so.
In my view this could be a partner to ‘Tumbling…’ in that takes a similar trajectory with a mix of beat less and subtle rhythmic sketches.
This was Ulla’s first album proper, but still feels as timeless as most of her work.
More of the playful and soothing lullaby ambience and curious downtempo she’s known for.
Studded with the odd stop you in your tracks beautiful moments like ‘Sister’ (there’s always one such track in each of Ulla’s albums) this is s a continuation of her wonderful talent.
