Notes

First Thunderdome cd-title that was ever made, so before the Total Recall release with the same main title. It was compiled and released by ARCADE, without ID&T, the mother company of Thunderdome.

This version with silver inner ring on the disc is the less common version of the Dutch Thunderdome I release. It was released after the version with transparent inner ring, as the one with a silver inner ring has mould SID-codes, which were only introduced in 1994. Whether this version was released in 1994 or later, however, is unknown.
A German release has also been made. Like the Dutch release, there is a version with silver inner rings.

Total duration: 77:14.

Tracklisting is given on CD, back cover and booklet back. Tracks 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 are also listed on front cover.
Tracks 2, 4, 6, and 9 are listed without any mix information.
Tracks 8, 12, 16 & 18 are listed as "Bonustracks", since they were not included in the cassette version.
Track 5 is the A-side version from the same named release.
Track 7 is an edit of the B side of The Speed Freak's Sonic Mine - EP, containing parts of all five tracks in the same order: "Fickmusik" (1:45), "The Louder You Scream, The Faster We Go!" (2:05), "The Dance Of The Stammering Suckers" (0:48), "The Way It Should Be" (0:05) and "U Got It" (1:13).
Track 16 is typoed "Hardoore" on booklet back and CD, but correctly spellt on back cover. Writing is erroneously credited to "Elstak / Van Naamen".
Track 17 is listed as "Ad. Nauseum (Phase 1 The Warning)". The extract taken however also includes "Phase II - The Engagement" entirely, as well as the first seconds of "Phase III The Judgement".

    The REAL 1st Thunderdome cd was this one from Arcade music: https://discogs.sitiosdesbloqueados.info/release/164618-Gizmo-Buzz-Fuzz-The-Prophet-Dano-Thunderdome
    Released half way 1993 in Holland. This one Various – Thunderdome (F*ck Mellow, This Is Hardcore From Hell) is also in 1993 released in Holland. All the tracks on both cd's are released in 1993. The Dreamteam member The Prophet claimed the Thunderdome name for ID&T so from 1994 Thunderdome was from ID&T.

      The first Thunderdome as many memorable times not only to listen to the music but also how kinda everyone at school had it and talked about every day , those who were unfortunate to own a copy we all copied on cassettes for them found memories :-)

      There are great tracks out there such as ;

      Dj Hooligan : Bottrop
      Interactive : Amok
      Scarface : I'll take you to fuckin' hell
      Rexanthony : For you Marlene
      The Speed Freak : Sonic Mine EP
      Asylum : Mescalum
      Final Analyzis : El punto Final
      Vitamin : Cosmic Trash
      The Tekno Clan : Ad Nauseum
      Control DC : Ritmo dell Diavolo

      Some tracks got way too much used in other compilations and in nightclubs as they became fast boring and to hate those tracks were ;

      Hard Attack : Bonehead
      Terragon : Party
      Chosen Few : Freedom

      All in all this is a must have for a real Hardcore/Gabber fan and should own it as it is the real start from the Thunderdome series .

      As for the cover was so erotic back then i still can many parents that weren't happy and tought it was some kind of porn music lol . They did again with another erotic cover with a naked girl , with Thunderdome 5 . Both were from Boris Vallejo a well known heroic fantasy artist .

        This first Thunderdome was the first real gabber CD which introduced a sound to a large public which wasn't done before by other recordcompanies.

        I can the TV-commercial like it was shown yesterday for the first time. In that time I heard some hard tracks before, but this CD was something completely new to me. My father also saw the commercial and because he is a religious man he forbid me to buy this CD. Unfortunately for him, I didn't listen, and I bought the cassette to play it on my own room with my headphones on. And I suppose there were a lot of kids in those days who did the same.

        Some interesting information: the cover of this CD is one of the many artwork designs which was made by Boris Vallejo. Later on in 1994 Arcade used another artwork from him for the Thunderdome 5 CD.

          I could finally own a copy of this truely legendary CD! the first ever Thunderdome release! besise being an awesome CD for the time (and even today, specially for oldskool hardcore fans), it has an amazing cover and it was the start of the most successfull serie in the Gabber scene ever! A must hear and a must have... and surely a landmark in Hardcore (and music) history, since it was the first 100% dedicated Hardcore compilation ever. As for the music, expect some oldskool soft tracks as well as some mayhem gabber from the early days. Speed varies pretty much on this CD, and the influences of sound too - still this CD was clearly ahead of its time back then.
