Seems like the baseline was "inspired" by Fatback ‎– Is This The Future?

It's a shame there's no instrumental on this, I may be alone here but I find the repetitive "Cuh Cuh Call me" to be kind of annoying. Reminds me of the scratch and audio samples that became popular in the mid-80s. Strict Concern is a nice tune though, surprised it doesn't get more attention.

Great songs from the Minneapolis Group Bromar. The Prince's Revolution Bank musician Bobby Z, Matt Fink, Brown Mark participated in the performance of the record. This 12 inch was produced by Grammy Award winner David Z. (Prince, Maserati, Andre Cymone, Jody Watley, Fine Young Cannibals etc) Mixed Film Score (Purple Rain)
