        First off this album is fantastic from start to finish. The sound quality is top-notch. It has a ton of bass which is always good for hip-hop. The only problem is the amount of surface noise. It’s not too bad. The second side about halfway through it got a bit louder. Other than that it was just here and there.

                  I love this album but the surface and inner groove distortion is very bad. I have my system dialed in and the ML stylus really picks up the issues.

                    Probably was the initial recording, but the sound is a tad muffled compared to how I ed it when I bought the CD in the 90s. Not sure how the VMP pressing sounds

                      aside from the amount of surface noise this is a good sounding pressing. A wet clean helped.
