Notes
First edition of 1,250 copies.
Letterpress-printed cover with five different color variations and several shade varieties, machine-numbered 0001-1250. Letterpress-printed labels, inner sleeves, and sticker, plus two offset-printed inserts. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion.
Back cover reads "First edition: June 1985".
Complete copies would include two inserts, one of which was a registration form, numbered to correspond with the machine numbered cover. A clever, and charming attempt at demographic data collection, and list building.

Edited 5 months agoFirst edition June 1985 number 557 with the orange printing. Demographic card not included maybe I sent it back LOL out of shrink but it has the sticker from the shrink carefully cut off and preserved inside the sleeve.

My copy reads, “First edition: June 1985 / Twelve Hundred Fifty copies”. This is #717. Outer sleeve has intaglio printing on the back and a flat, silkscreen-like printing on the front. This copy is green and orange.
-
My copy is numbered (as is the insert) and has "Second Edition: 1175 . September 1985" on the back cover
