Personally I don't find this noisy, as it's already been said, but maybe have I been luck; even though my copy seems to be a little botched, with noticeably an uneven outer edge sometimes. Apart from that, I made the comparison with the first UK pressing (https://discogs.sitiosdesbloqueados.info/fr/release/420290-Nirvana-Bleach), and I effectively find this is a little bit better: it's less loud and raw than the UK one, but better balanced and with less distorsion. After, this is just my point of view, the UK version is still very good and probably better than the recent reissues. The US original one must even be better of course, but however, this one is still a re-pressed version of this last, so maybe quite the same; but I've heard that the coloured process can sometimes have a bad effect on the sound, except if it obviously not made hastily and cheapily.
