If you already love this album, this record will melt your face off. If you haven’t listened to this album, your brain might explode. -
This pressing is absolutely stunning. I have a lot of great sounding records, but Clouds Taste Metallic (as well as Transmissions..) are in my top best sounding records I own. No surface noise worth noting and incredible dynamics. This pressing just blows the CD mastering out of the water in every way. On top of all that, this is one of my favorite Lips albums ever. This is just pure psychedelic noise pop bliss. -
Edited 7 years agofinally found a copy of this (along with transmissions from the satellite heart) in nm condition while crate browsing. wonderful sound (FAR superiour to the cd master I grew up with), nice looking coloured vinyl. these were the lips at their acid induced peak. I urge all of you to get your hands on 90s Lips vinyl... you won't regret it.
