I got one that had clicking on tracks and a strange vocal issue on there she goes where just the lead vocals would fade in and out of volume, shame cos it looked amazing and the sleeve was 100%, maybe a rogue bad press.

Edited 5 months agoI have this álbum only on CD, the remaster versión of 96', but this another way to listen the récord. A total experience, a great peel of banana cover and great gatefold. Sounds is very good and preserve the best audio on vinyl.

After scouring all the versions on discogs, I'm happy I settled on this one. Very nice quality, super quiet vinyl. Probably the best this bad recording can sound.

I have a copy with runouts 130246E2/T 8232901-A and 130246E2/Z 8232901-B, with barcode 042282329011, which I can't identify for the life of me.

high quality weighted pressing, dead silent inbetween songs, very dynamic, mirrors the raw sound of the album wonderfully, big recommendation!
-
Sounds pretty great. Retains the original sometimes dreamy, sometimes harsh sound of the original very well, and of course comes with a recreation of the famous banana sticker. Definitely a good option if you wanna get an affordable copy

Is it the from the same abbey road half speed master ? Sounds really great, even at high volume. Hard to say which source has been used.

Edited 3 years agoJust bought a copy from fnac to replace my 45th Anniversary pressing, and I gotta say it sounds even clearer than the 2012 edition!
I wonder if they used the original tapes like the 50th anniversary version?
I definitely recommend this version. Just don't peel off the banana ;) -
No problems with my copy that a good cleaning didn't take care of. A nice inherent volume. Still a killer.
