Great music and compilation. Not giving it 5 stars though as there's something slightly flat and I can't coax as much excitement out of it as I think I ought to. Probably the original source material. -
Edited one year agoGreat compilation for a DJ that needs to plug some holes in the collection, but not a great home player, as most of the tracks here sound very similar. But I think this LP was conceived strictly with the DJ in mind. All are probably nice tracks to drop on a dancefloor, but nothing here is going to blow your mind. Sound quality is excellent.

This album is so good! Super funky stuff. Lots of instrumentals. Just a really solid, fun listen the whole way through.
Big fan of the second volume in the series, too. Second one has more vocals. -
