The first PVC issue of Juju as "Special Limited Edition" included 'Israel' as free 7" single mentioned within an additional black banner on the cover. The altered artwork was also used for following pressings but without inscription. Copies of following pressings exist with square hype sticker (over the black banner of the front sleeve) that states: "featuring Spellbound, Arabian Knights and Halloween - PVC 8903".

Wow. The depth and soundstage on this pressing is simply mind blowing. Haven’t heard an original UK either, but this is certainly the only copy I’ll ever have to own. -
got a mint minus copy of this us first press and i am very pleased with it , way much better than the japanese press no idea how the uk first press sounds like

Just acquired this copy and it suffers from the same sound / pressing issues as the 1981 UK version. All issues with the sound levels and distortion in the left channel. Shame as this is a classic album.

This is the best version I’ve heard of this album. Sterling cuts never disappoint. Haven’t heard a UK original but this is my go to edition now. The OG Japan press just doesn’t have the clarity and definition. The ‘84 Geffen repress, no bottom end, the 2018 half speed master actually comes closer to matching the sound on this original US release. With punchy drums, deep bass and really nice depth to the music. Can’t go wrong here. Recommend.
