This pressing sounds amazing. It blows my OG Ride the Lighting away. Literally like you’re in the rehearsal studio listening to them play it. It’s like a punch in the face. I A/B’d this numerous times with the OG press and can’t get over the difference. It’s jaw dropping.

Despite the original pressing being all analogue, pressed shortly after the master tape was made, after the reissue with the Ride the Lightning boxset the price plummeted. Seems all most record buyers want is a record with a pretty picture on it.

Anyone know how many of the 1984 versions were pressed? A: Creeping Death, B: Am I Evil? and Blitzkrieg?

The two bonus tracks and the cover art make this vinyl a necessity for my collection.
