Notes
Originally released on Grunt Records FTR-1004
Catalog number is 07863 66870-2 on spine & disc, but 66870-2 on back of the booklet.
The credits on this version appear as though track 1 was written by Jorma Kaukonen & track 8 was written by Gary Davis, but from the original album credits it seems that these tracks have only arrangement credits, not songwriting credits. The booklet also credits Jeff Tamarkin for "essay", although at the end of the liner notes, William Ruhlmann is credited.
