Counterfeit release of the original The Spider's Lullabye, these releases differ in the following:
Sleeve: The counterfeit has less intense, dark colours all over.
Inner Sleeve: The counterfeit is printed on plain paper and the original on semi glossy.
Vinyl: The counterfeit has again less intense, dark colours on labels with visible cut all around, also the print of the labels is not centered. The runout on the counterfeit is stamped followed by an extra text text is melted / deleted.

There are counterfeit Greek editions of Accept - Death Row 2LP and Manowar - Louder Than Hell LP too, which are not listed on discogs yet. Be very careful when purchasing any of these.

This one was pressed at GZ and has the typical "grey instead of black" feel to the colour palette. Both the central label and inner sleeve look grey instead of black. It's not easy to tell the original from the counterfeit unless you're very familiar with vinyl manufacturing, I'm sure a lot of people got fooled by this one.
