I was not expecting this pressing to blow me away quite like it did. I originally just bought this version on Amazon because it was cheaper, but the cover on this copy is super nice, the inserts are great, and it sounds incredible. Totally worth it, god bless Sony Japan. -
Just reading an interview with the engineers now - instead of "cut from analog master", to clarify this was actually cut from 96kHz/24bit files converted directly from the analog tapes and sent to Sony Japan from the States.

First official Sony inhouse vinyl pressing since 1989. audiophile grade vinyl, no his clicks or pops exceptionally well taken care of.
