Well good artists never stay in one place. They challenge their listeners. So go for the ride others demand the same old.
This is a solid funk reggae album. A perfect summer afternoon lp.

The Rolling Stones radical departure from the dirty blues sound they invoked prior to this album caught pretty much all their die-hard fans by surprise however endeared them to a new legion of dance-craved reggae loving fans. This album, although recorded in and Switzerland definitely drew influence from the Caribbean and although it didn't appeal to fans and critics alike at the time, this album became a staple decades later with cuts like 'Fool To Cry', 'Hot Stuff' and 'Crazy Mama'. Give it a spin and judge for yourself instead of listening to the critics!!

A very overlooked, but great, rollings stones record. i'd rate this higher than some girls. more edgy rock and roll tracks, better production, and some funky songs in there too.
