Edited 2 years agoI don't hear any *horrible booming white noise* in "Dance Yrself Clean", maybe I'm lucky.
-
If I turn up the volume on the quiet intro to Dance Yrself Clean, I get a horrible booming white noise. Don’t think it’s intentional. Also, both sides of the second disk skip on the first tracks quite badly (You Wanted a Hit and Somebody’s Calling Me, respectively). Disappointed.
-
I've had two copies that both skip during 'One Touch'. I've found the record to be slightly warped and it lifts my cartridge right out the groove (AT-95E, tracking at max. 2.3 g). The sellers cart (Ortofon Concorde, tracking at > 3g) stays in the groove and the sound quality is good.
Anyone else had this problem / experience? I'll have to find another pressing of this wonderful album. -
can anyone confirm how this sounds? Is it a good pressing? Basically is it worth picking up or should I go for an original copy and pay more on shipping?
