Oh my....did'nt notice that my album came with a signature of RW inside the gatefold with a piece sign. Anybody else got this?
-
Not the best of pressings and certainly not the greatest music. Quite clear the RW is well past his prime now.
-
Unfortunately this pressing has a muddy dark sound, almost similar to an Scandinavian original pressing of Animals.
-
The 180g has held up and stayed flat for a few years now. This pressing had tons of what appears to be surface scratches. After looking closely it almost looks like they are below the surface. The record needed a good wet cleaning to clear the static and minor debris. Sounds amazing Start to finish now.
This pressing is nice and dynamic. This album is really really good. I am more of a Gilmour fan but I must it Roger did a great job not going overboard on his lyrics and the music has several Floydian moments which was very cool. I had no idea this album was going to grow on me like this. -
How can i my digital copy to the site: Is this the life we really want?
i have the coupon, the site, but what i need to put in the name/qord field? -
-
no problem at all with this pressing (european). excellent album though a little bit too expected music from waters. in french we would say « un peu téléphoné ». brilliant production
-
always the same frustration: us-releases better sound but poor pressing... eu-releases the opposite... can somebody confirm, that he has a clean us without surface noise and crackling?
-
Does anyone know about a misprint of this vinyl lp?
I have the european version (88985 43649 1 5) and the side A label is none existent and instead it has the side B label.
So vinyl one has double side B labelling
Can anybody explain this? -
I have opened 4 different copies, all of them had scruffs and damage.. and the asshole at sony music, tells me that is is like never happening.... somebody at the press factory should loose their job...
