referencing Tru D'Light EP (12", EP, 33 ⅓ RPM) PW 04
The A side of this was later remixed happy hardcore style through Just Another Label in 1996 - and although I knew that version long before I found the original, I much prefer this version. Overall it's a pretty typical slice of proto-happy hardcore - nice stabby riff with a familiar house vocal - but instead of a piano the main break is a nice ska-ish horn section which works really well.
Both the B side tracks are good too - all in all one of my favourite tunes on the more upbeat side of '93 hardcore. -
