Sick and solid album. Billy's voice sounds incredible, possibly the best live recorded album. Japanese pressing rarely ever disappoint. Glad I waited to get a copy. dead quiet, mids and highs on point a must have on any Billy's collection.

For anyone wondering, the OG pressing sounds better. Having said that, this album just sounds good overall so by no means does this pressing sound bad, but I find the original pressing to have much clearer and present mids/highs. For example, OG pressing’s drum kit sounds so clear, almost like its right in your living room- drums in this new pressing sound good, but don’t give the same effect at all- they sound less alive in general.

Again tho, still sounds better than the usual live album. I love this record so much, insanely underrate Billy Joel album.

This works equally well as a) a good live album and b) a primer to Billy Joel's first four albums. Joel picked a good batch of tunes to include on SONGS FROM THE ATTIC, and it's held up nicely over time. No issues with this pressing, it's got really nice sound for a live album, robust and full-bodied, well balanced with a wide spacious soundstage, and plenty of oomph to the mix. My copy plays flawlessly, it's very quiet, with no surface noise.

This album is so underrated! Love that it is recorded live!

Does anybody know the barcode to this CD? This CD is an early version.

I have an original Cdn pressing, in which the music is good. However, this MOFI is absolutely glorious! The punch, dynamics, spaciousness all elevate the music into a truly magical recording. Makes one regret not having caught Billy Joel live when we I the chance. Highly, highly recommended.

Sounds amazing! Definitely the best pressing of this album I've ever heard. Crank it up and it truly sounds like you're at a Billy concert!

If you love this record (and why wouldn't you??), get this Mofi release. It sounds incredible, spacious, and dynamic. Good stuff.
