How well do these tapes sound? Are they straight rips from the og tape, vinyl or are they rips from that one bootleg remaster?

Pro tip - If your turntable has a pitch adjustment you can adjust the speed so it sounds perfect. Amazing album from one of the era's top 5 bands

This is The Hated's 1986 demo pressed onto vinyl. The songs were apparently transferred at the wrong speed, but the vocals sound normal (compared to other Hated material) so I really wonder where that story came from. These tracks have moments of striking similarity to Husker Du, and capture the band during a more aggressive phase before they increased the meditative, jammy, folk influences that led to their only full-length "Every Song".
