Bad Religion – True North

I am just now reading comments from other people saying this pressing is unplayable at the beginning of both sides. I have no idea what that means.
My record plays as normal as any other, no warps, no distortion. Whether I place down the needle manually or set the turntable in automatic, a Technics SL1600.

Is anybody else's copy of the first pressing off-center on Side B only? It isn't that bad at first, but the last handful of tracks become so increasingly warbly from the stylus swaying back and forth along the grooves that it renders them nearly unlistenable :(

Sounds and looked phenomenal for me. Pictures don’t show off the “pearlized” effect enough.

I've also had two different copies that have unplayable songs on the outer edge of each side.

What a great album! lacquered by Chris Bellman. i own the black vinyl and it sounds solid, no issues whatsoever. Comes with CD

They should have stopped recording new material after this masterpiece, losing Hetson and especially Wackerman a year after this and the lame state-loving singles they put out in the last couple years would make Graffin and Gurewitz from 80-1996 would scoff at their own lyrics post this album. They could have left with an untainted (Into The Unknown doesn't count) discography. Too bad. Although this album is excellent and Greg's voice isn't ruined and 60 year old sounding like it does on those singles from '18-'19...

I've owned two different copies of this edition of the album (clear, ltd 500) and BOTH had the same unplayable warp on the outer edge. Caveat emptor, yo.
