Supraphon Release Information
The latest instalment of the Olympic Gold Edition has brought us up to 1988! Moving towards a vigorous rock form of their repertoire and embracing new studio possibilities (Janda’s Propast as a ) gave rise to a truly balanced and modern album. Of great significance is the bonus in the form of virtually the entire concert album Olympic v Lucerně (1982). Agreement between Jaromír Tůma, the reedition’s producer, and Olympic front man Petr Janda has thus given us the chance to compare a live set of hits and the quartet’s further instrumental shift. What’s more, the booklet provides the opportunity to evaluate Olympic’s career throughout the 1980s.
The original album + ten bonus tracks = 79 minutes of music!
Kalemegdan Disk Additions
Když ti svítí zelená is just an average 80s’ Rock album. The bonus material is their good live rock album Oympic v Lucnerné recorded in 1982 except of one missing song. The packing (an extensive booklet combined with a slipcase) is convincing.
