Jack White (2) – Blunderbuss

Encore un mec qui a pigé tous les gimmicks pour faire du bon rock, mais qui a oublié le principale : une belle voix et de belles mélodies.

Mine copy sounds flawless. No surface noise interrupting when playing the record whatsoever. Well I guess I’m just lucky.

While the vinyl looks nice, my copy suffers from serious surface noise. Especially on side A.

What country was the vinyl pressed in? Please, someone, add matrices)

Does anyone know who cut this version? WG @ NRP did the original, and it sounded great. Curious how this sounds.

My copy sounds just fine, the only issue was the center hole needed to be drilled a little wider. Also my copy came with a card that still works, which is nice.

Mine sounds great, no issue with background noise. Good depth in the range.

Just got a copy of this… but it’s going straight back. It’s pitted all over both sides, has scuffs and scratches in various places across both sides as well. Just the worst new vinyl record I have ever seen.

The drum roll on Trash Tongue Talker loops. Endlessly…
That sorta ruins the record for me, because I can’t listen to almost the whole second side of the record without manually moving the needle.
Anyone else have this problem?

Great sounding recording beautifully mastered & pressed on whisper-quiet vinyl on my copy.
