Peter Tosh – Live & Dangerous: Boston 1976

Tosh sounds excellent throughout this concert, sound quality is pretty good, maybe a bit boomy at times, but the rhythm section of Sly & Robbie are on point and sound great. Tosh's vocals are very clear and powerful, and the music is hypnotic. No issues with this pressing, I have no idea why colored vinyl has become such a craze, but this one is on 'translucent yellow' and it sounds perfectly fine, the records are flat, clean and quiet, with no surface noise of note.

Hows the sound quality? Didn't see anything about it being remastered for vinyl, so I'm wondering if they're just using the digital master and how full the sound ended up.

As long as I the 2001 cd version has a compressed sound, so how could this one sounds better ?
What a pity, intro's band is so great :/

Love this live show of Peter Tosh and his awesome band. The pressing sounds similar to the CD however. Nonetheless, a great score for RSD 2023

Should've added last 2 songs from show to the RSD double LP! I'm The Toughest & Legalize It!! WTH!?

Amazing sounding live album full of energy, have always loved this album even though not a fan of live albums. You feel like you are at the show!

One of the best Peter Tosh concert so far...excellent sound....unfortunately the CD lenght leave out the 2 final songs The Toughest And Legalize It....It should had been a 2CD set with extras from the same period.

This needs a vinyl release pronto! Absolutely love this raw performance... Al Anderson and Donald Kinsey's dueling solo's mixed with Peters wah-wah laced guitar with Sly and Robbie on the Riddim section make this a MUST HAVE!
