My copy is very clean. This album is very bass forward, sometimes overshadowing the mid/high ends. Overall very good dynamics. -

My record came dirty and very noisy. Some parts, especially on side B, sound kinda muffled as a result. Still not completely fine after repeated cleaning, but getting better. The music is good, but not great. Decent enough that I keep it. BUt records should’t be this dirty when they are new. Or ever. Unacceptable. -

This is the third TMR record that has burned me with the last track abruptly ending.
This happened on Elephant XX (Mono Vault Edition), Brendan Benson Dear Life, and now on this album.
Taking Me Back just ends! Right after "When you forgive the friction | And you talk about Christmas".
How do none of the other reviews mention this? I'm done paying full price for TMR releases and getting incomplete albums. This is outrageous. If someone gave you a hamburger with a bite taken out you'd be pissed right? -

The look of this is just insane. One of my favorite pressings I own. VMP didn't disappoint. My copy is bright, expansive, clear. No hiss, pops or random noise. Fun and enjoyable album and the pressing does it justice. -

Can always appreciate Jack for using tip on jackets. However, not to thrilled about the paper sleeve. Fear of the Dawn came with a poly-lined sleeve, why couldn’t this one do so as well? I do like the colour though, and I think the record sounds good. -
