Sting – Duets

At 3:12, track CD-18 the bonus track "Englishman / African In New York" abruptly cuts out on my copy. This happens with both my car CD player and my home's Denon SACD / DVD Audio player. The car CD player displays that the track is 3:14 long. Has anyone else experienced this cut off? Does this version of the song end abruptly or is the new copy that I purchased flawed?

hey guys this vinyl by Sting is really good and I recommend it it's my favorite night record and I think the press is okay the dynamics and openness are there so go get it while it's still there..and an absolutely fantastic song -My Funny Valentine

very quiet pressing ,too much bass on some songs (not bad) ,a little sibilance and on both sides a and b on the end of the tracks cracks and noise.

Agreed with the previous comments.It like every track has been mastered by different person.

Superb album, I recommend this very much for all who like Sting‘s kind of music, even if this album is a very special one.

Sting has perfect strategy - each starting song on every side is a fantastic :)

As in many cases, the vinyls are dusty. Buying new dirty is unfortunately recurrent.

I agree with the previous comment : WAY too much bass on some tracks (rise and fall) while some older tunes like "it's probably me" sound really flat which is a pity. The most recent songs benefit from a better sound. Weird mastering, they could have done way better. Wish they would have included the duet with I Muvrini (fields of gold).

Meh...its going back..It is fairly quiet, not great. The bass very impactfull but the highs are not good and not consistent on my system...too much digital sibilance..The production and mastering seems like a box of chocolates...pick a song and you never now what you are going to get

How is the sound and pressing quality of this release?
