While I love the Walter Gibbons mix which I own, this record to me sounds sonically more dynamic and is along the moder/Northern soul type of sound than straight disco. I may even prefer it for it's complexity as a song structure....

I'm pretty sure I have a copy of this, but there is nothing etched or stamped in the matrix except "A" on Side 1 and "B" on Side 2. It certainly doesn't have "DSD130 A" like the unofficial release is supposed to have... Can anyone add the Matrix / Runout info for this original pressing? Thank you!

Now the full 12 minute version is availalbe on CD and I'm not sure how the value of this will hold up. Indeed the full 12 minute version in STEREO has been found (I've got a copy) so who wants the Acetate any more?

WARNING - I have seen a fakes of this item. Real copies have a shiny label produced using a printing press and typewriter. However fakes have matt labels and on very close inspection using a magnifying glass, you can see the print of the logo and the words "SUNSHINE SOUND" are made up of tiny dots rather than solid colour. These fake labels have been produced using a modern computer printer. With fakes, you may notice that the label looks too "perfect" and show no signs of 30 years of ageing. Since real labels were produced using a printing press, you will see the logo and label title are indented slightly into the paper due to the "press"; there is no evidence of this on the fake.
