EMI Music Japan Inc. was one of Japan's leading music record companies. On April 1, 2013, it was renamed to Universal Music LLC.

EMI Music Japan Inc (株式会社EMIミュージック・ジャパン, Kabushiki kaisha Īemuai Myūjikku Japan) was incorporated on June 30th 2007. On that day Toshiba sold off its 45% stake in EMI's previous in Japan, Toshiba-EMI Ltd.

Previously named Toshiba EMI Ltd (東芝イーエムアイ株式会社, Tōshiba Īemuai Kabushiki kaisha), which was also known as Toshiba EMI or TOEMI.
