NZ arm of RCA which was created in October 1975 when the license held by Radio Corporation Of New Zealand Ltd. expired.
RCA later merged their activities in Australia and New Zealand as RCA Limited Australia and New Zealand.

Please note, this is not the same company as the similarly named Allied International Records Ltd.
