Impact Sound

Production company formed in May 1963 by The Rolling Stones soon afterwards.

The contract awarded Decca's 14% royalites as follows - 8% to Impact Sound and 6% to the band (as manager, Oldham took 25% of this latter 6%). The band took legal action against Oldham and Easton in August 1971, alleging coercion & fraud, over the unfavourable of the deal.
