Originally established in June 2010 by Anthony H. Wilson's son) being shareholders as well.
The idea was to preserve the Factory name/brand, logos and design elements, etc. However, Erasmus and Wilson were never really interested and managed to thwart most ideas and projects, so this wasn't much advanced any further.
The company was dissolved in March 2013 only to be immediately re-established by Saville, being the sole owner now.
Note this is a different company to Factory Records Limited.
