Formed in 1931, this British company would become the parent company of Rediffusion Records and Rediffusion International Music. Two thirds of the company was owned by British Electric Traction, who bought all the remaining stock in 1983. The Rediffusion Music archive was sold to AEI Music Rediffusion Ltd. when the company was broken up in the late 1980s. |
