Also known as Les Disques CTI du Canada Ltée. Incorporated May 28, 1973. Started operations on July 2, 1973 to manufacture and distribute CTI product in Canada, including the Salvation (4) imprints. Originally headed by Lou Munson from CTI Records head office in US. The corporation was dissolved December 16, 1980.

Manufacturing was done in both Toronto and Montréal, with Montréal (Lachine) acting as central warehouse and distribution location. Manufacturing of Canadian CTI releases was simultaneous with US releases.

Previously CTI was handled in Canada by RCA Limited took over the manufacturing and distribution of CTI/Kudu.

For a short period was also the Canadian distributor for Bob Shad's Mainstream Records.
