Audiodisc AB was a Swedish media manufacturer producing vinyl records, cassettes and CDs.
Founded in 1983 by the original owner and founder of AB Svensk Grammofonindustri, Tage Andersson, and initially run by his son Torbjörn Andersson.
Audiodisc AB moved into SGI's old factory in Bro outside Stockholm.
Terje Teodor Valenkamph, who was CEO of Audiodisc AB around 2001-2002, sold it 2002-08-30 to his other company Videotronic Media AB (later Videotronic Svenska AB).

After Terje ed away in February 6, 2006, the company moved to Bålsta in 2007 and his son Niels-Terje Valenkamph took over as CEO.
As company, Audiodisc AB wound down between February to April 2008, but the brand name Audiodisc is still ed with Videotronic Svenska AB together with other brands (Akutpack, Audiodisc Videotronic Group, Bondkroken, Videotronic International, Videotronic Media, Videotronic Nordic, Videotronic Scandinavia, Zenith Film).
The Audiodisc website finally went offline in 2021.

Runouts on records cut and pressed by Audiodisc often include the abbreviation "AD", or combined letters AD appearing as "A)", and a 6-digit cutting or plating date (YYMMDD)
On some releases there's a signature after the date looking like "☧". This signature probably belongs to a plating engineer at Audiodisc, but the identity is still unknown.
