Stanhope House

American roadhouse music venue in New Jersey, with roots as far back as the 1790's.

A one-time stage-coach stop, rooming house and reputed bordello, it has been a music hang out for some of the giants of the blues. Willie Dixon, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Muddy Waters, Hubert Sumlin, to name but a few.

In 2011 this honky tonk had a facelift and opened its doors to a new generation of live music.
