Two decades+ of discogs and not a single comment about this seminal label? Bizarre.

430 West takes its name from the address of the original studio on 430 West 8 mile road in Detroit.
Founded by the triple L Burden brothers, it was the natural progression of their producing talents after landing their epic "I believe' track on Transmat and the legendary Techno 2 Detroit compilation.

I find 430 West one of the most interesting labels out of Detroit as it has been able to put amazing Techno as well as House.
It was also a launching pad for other "label-less" artists but it's mostly the home for the Burden brothers output.
A bit like Axis, 430 West has no bad stuff really and at the same time it is somewhat frustrating for a completist, since the catalog is quite vast and there is always the impossible odd release.
