Philippine division of Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Philippines), Inc.. In 2009, with Sony's acquisition of BMG's stake, Philippine operation continued with the former Sony Music, in which its country name are indicated in brackets.

Most of their local repertoire are released through sub-labels, such as Greater East Asia. Their sub-labels uses their own album code, and the BMG album code (74321 ##### #) does not appear in releases of Philippine singers until the late nineties.

During 2011-2012, Sony Music withdrew from the Philippine market and its local and foreign repertoire were transferred to Ivory Music & Video.
