I do digital transfer as a specialized service and 10 years ago the owner of this label reached out to me buying several rare and expensive records and asking to also digitize them . I had no idea he had this label. I searched his name a year later and saw those records I transferred available as these s. In those cases they are excellent transfers but him not mentioning the project I was to be transferring for, was not legit. So I some releases are from vinyl, undoubtably. Someone did fool with the digital files in one of the releases I transferred, they reversed the phase and did some bad destructive EQ'ing.

Avoid this label. Unless they have the master tapes/copies or the release you are looking for was originally released on cd, and even then the chances are that it was taken from a vinyl source. "Blast Off With Bigshot - History Of House VOl 1,2 and 3" all have pops and clicks in some of the tracks. Also "Mr & Mrs Dale - It's You E.P" has some minor pops and clicks. In all instances they were not severe or obvious but this is not the point when aiming to acquire a pure digital copy and not digital only once it has been copied from an analog source which is not even the master.

I'm wary of this label, cd-r's galore and one of their CDs I bought I could hear the pops and crackles of a record on it. I stay away from their stuff. Is this label legit?
