Oy Finnlevy Ab

A Finnish company, founded in 1966 by Musiikki-Fazer was the Finnish company that was involved in almost every aspect of the music business in Finland since 1910 from retail to publishing and to instrument manufacturing.

Labels after 1966 under Finnlevy were the new ones Philips, Fontana, Polydor together with the old ones Finnlevy totally as a subcompany concerning record industry and distribution.

Brands included Fazer Finnlevy has been as well as a label since 1970 until 1999 or even longer.

In 1993 Warner Music bought the company and many of the former brands were disbanded, but the company still continues under Warner Music Finland Oy.
