Sarg Records

There is a public television documentary on this record label from Chicago which featured western swing and country-western artists. Many if not most of the original performers are still around and gave interviews. Some of them had fond memories while others accused the owner of being a crook. Such was the wildcat regional record industry of the 1950's and not the last Chicago label to rip off their artists.
