On April 3, 2019 the digital divisions (CD Baby, AdRev, Soundrop Distribution, DashGo, and HostBaby) were sold to Downtown Music Holding.
The physical media businesses Disc Makers, Bookbaby and Merchly continued together as an independant/privately owned company after a management buyout of the physical media related assets from AVL Digital Group
