A Jamaican mastering engineer who also worked in New York and can be identified by his etchings in the runout grooves on vinyl releases.

During the 1980s, he worked at Dynamic Sounds Recording Co. Ltd. (D.S.R.) in Jamaica and can be identified by his signature "Awright" etched into the runout grooves.

During the 1990s, he moved to the US and worked in New York at Don One Sound Studio where he where he used the "AW" etching in conjunction with the studios', thus appearing as "VP-AW" and "DON1AW", "DONEAW" or "DONIAW".
