Grouped formed by Tom Whitlock in Springfield, Missouri. All four of the band were previously associated with other Springfield bands, but after the breakup of the Queen City Punks, Tom and Terry Wilson were looking for other to incorporate the energy of the Punks with a more melodic sound. Greg Calloway, who played with the Lavender Hill Mob and Jeff Grinnell, who played for Benny Mahan's band were added. The whole intention of the group was to get a record deal and persistence finally paid off, when after a little over a year of submitting demo's the band signed with Mercury. After releasing one album on the Mercury label to disappointing sales the group disbanded.
