Former funk, soul & disco band of the Tony Herbert (bass).

They recorded only one album, but went to reach the basic structure for their next musical step by adding into project the jazz flute player, songwriter and producer Bernard Jackson, and they reformed "Surface" with Jackson as the frontman/bass guitarist as their definitive formation.
