Profile:	Finnish violinist, born 7 October 1976 Kuusisto was the first Finn to win the Jean Sibelius Violin Competition in 1995. He appears regularly as soloist with different symphony orchestras and as leader with chamber orchestras like the Virtuosi di Kuhmo. Pekka Kuusisto is also at home with jazz, folk, soul and rock music. His older brother Taneli Kuusisto.
