Poul Bruun

One of the most prominent Danish producers. Born 20 December 1946 in the village of Bramming (near Ribe), he moved to Copenhagen in 1968. Was 1969 employed by the local record company Alrune Rod, amongst others.
From 1971 employed by the newly started Danish branch of EMI-Medley for another seven years before taking a step back from the record industry.
Per 2014 Bruun spends most of his time painting and writing but still owns a small production company and continue the collaboration with Kim Larsen. In November 2014 he released his autobiography entitled "Hit, shit og albuer" ("Hit, Shit and Elbows").
