The Pied Pipers

The Pied Pipers were a popular singing group in the late 1930s and 1940s.
In 1938 two vocal groups (The Stafford Sisters) merged into one supergroup, vocal octet The Pied Pipers. By late 1939 they were down to a quartet and had several personnel changes through the years.
The group was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2001.
