Hank Cicalo

American sound engineer and producer (25 June 1932, Brooklyn, New York - 31 January 2024, Los Angeles, California).

After serving four years with the US Marine Corps and fighting in the Korean War he attended Audio Visual Technical School in New York. After graduating he moved to Los Angeles, starting his recording career at the Group IV Recording Studios.

During the sixties he worked closely with producer Headquarters out of gratitude for coaching the unexperienced band while recording for RCA. He went on to work closely with the band, touring with them and working on their TV show.

While working on the Blade Runner score, he met his future wife Joe Cicalo also worked as a recording engineer.
