三浦徳子

Yoshiko Miura (三浦 徳子, Miura Yoshiko). Japanese pop lyricist. Born in Hirosaki, Aomori prefecture, died November 6, 2023. Made her debut as a lyricist in 1977 with a single by Mizue Takada.
Sometimes mistakenly credited as "Tokuko Miura", which is an alternative reading of her name.
